I acknowledge that this facility entails known and anticipated risks that could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties. I understand that such risks cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity.*

The risks include, among other inherent and extraordinary risks involved in Banya SPA are: the use of the Sauna, Cold Plunge, Showers, and/or other special devices, and any risks inherent in any other activities connected with the use of this facility in which I am voluntary participating.*

I am responsible for myself and/or accompanying guests. I further ensure that I will be responsible for accompanying guests who use the Spa and will watch my children while they are using the facility.*

I expressly agree and promise to accept and assure all of the risks existing at the Red Rocks Spa. My participation at the Red Rocks Spa is purely voluntary, and I elect to participate despite any of the risks.*

I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may cause or suffer while participating, and I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I furthermore certify that I am willing to assume the risks of any medical or physical condition I may have.*

Should Red Rocks Spa or any other acting on their behalf be required to incur attorney’s fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless for all such fees and costs. I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may cause or suffer while participating or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself.*

I agreed to notify Red Rocks SPA therapists of any changes on my medical profile and understand that there shall be no liability on the Banya SPA therapists part should I forget to do so. If I feel any discomfort in receiving treatment, I understand that it is my responsibility to stop and notify the therapist immediately.*
